Earn on paid work

Earn 10% on eligible payments. We verify the payment, approve the commission and record your payout.

The earning rule: 10% of the customer’s first verified payment. An enquiry alone does not earn commission. Duplicate referrals, eligibility and payment details are reviewed by Tanuel Systems before approval.

After signup, check your email for a confirmation link. Then complete your private identity and payout profile. Only you and authorised Tanuel administrators can access your private documents.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you head into the field.

When do I receive my referral code?

Your code is generated when you apply. Confirm your email and submit your ID copy, proof of residence and payout details in the portal. The code becomes usable after the Tanuel administrator verifies your profile.

What does a customer do with my code?

They enter it on our enquiry form or open your referral link. The enquiry is saved against your account so our team can attribute an eligible sale to you.

When is commission payable?

Only after an eligible customer payment has been received, verified and approved. Your dashboard shows pending, approved and paid commissions. The Tanuel team arranges payouts directly with you.

What if another agent already referred the customer?

The system flags an existing customer enquiry for a manual check instead of assigning it twice. Contact the team to resolve attribution before the customer pays.

How do I recover access to my account?

Contact support@tanuelsystems.co.zw. For your security, the team will verify your identity before arranging an account reset.
